Many times by now we have mentioned that our registered members can download free Website Templates, free 3D Models, free Illustrations and free Icons from Templates.com. Yet since the time we have launched our freebies we have received a lot of questions and complaints on how difficult the procedure of downloading is. We assure you that this is not any kind of sabotage from Templates.com and that we REALLY DO WANT you to download them - we’re no greedy! 
We do admit that the procedure now is a little bit too complicated and could have been more user-friendly. We are working on it and very soon we will launch a new algorithm of freebies download. Now I will clarify the present scheme as much as possible and guide you through the process of getting your free product. Until the time we launch a new procedure please use the following instructions.
1. Sign in to your member’s account (or register in case you don’t have one).
2. Choose a free product that you would like to get - whether a sample of any product type or a free Wallpaper based upon our top products. For choosing it either press a “BUY NOW” or a “VIEW” button (or simply click on a thumbnail preview).
3. Press the “PURCHASE” button in the right column of the product preview page (in second case be sure to choose download options and press proper buttons in a drop-down dialogue box and press “BUY”). The free product is now in your shopping cart.
4. From the Shopping Cart you may download the product either right away as after pressing the “BUY” button or by accessing your Shopping Cart later.
5. In your Shopping Cart press the “Purchase” button. After that you will be at the purchase checkout page.
6. At the checkout page press a “PROCEED” button, the product is now in your Account’s “DOWNLOADS” section.
7. Download your product either right away by pressing a proper link in the “Download” column of a “DOWNLOADS” account section table or by accessing the “DOWNLOADS” section from your account (the path is: “Your account” => “Downloads” tab).
Just 7 easy steps - that’s it, the procedure is not that complicated after all - everything is easy to understand, all you need is to register. Nevertheless we still promise to simplify it. We’ll let you know once it’s done
