Blizzard Announced Diablo III
July 3rd, 2008Gamers and 3d graphics fans are screaming with delight as this weekend Blizzard has officially announced Diablo III - a long-awaited version of the cult game that we are all big fans of. According to GameSpot.com, this event took place at the 2008 Worldwide Invitational in Paris.

After 8 long years since its predecessor’s release, Diablo III finally emerges from the heap of rubble and rumor that has buried it after many letdowns from previous Blizzard conventions. And to no one’s surprise, it looks awesome.

Diablo III will have a much deeper and player interactive story than the previous installments. Your character will now have a voice and will be able to make specific actions to move the story along. Player driven events and class specific quests are just a few of the ways Blizzard is trying to bring in the full roleplaying feel in an ARPG.
Diablo III has a team of 50-55 developers dedicated to it, according to Jay Wilson, the game’s lead designer. The game will offer drop-in/drop-out co-op play over Battle.net throughout; though it will be doable as a solo player, gamers will be able to bring friends in at any stage.

Although the game is obviously not yet rated, Blizzard confirmed to GameSpot that it plans to stay true to the series’ M-rated roots. The company is aiming for an ESRB M rating, and a PEGI 16+ in Europe.

Yep, I’m dearly looking forward to this as well, but I do have one suggestion for this article.
You should have taken all of the above images from the official Blizzard website, and just creditted them. You can find all of these (including the first one, it’s the splash page) at Blizzard.com

I saw the trailer and I like the images and the sound is cool, I can’t wait to know all the new ideas, the new characters and the new features and I hope this game will be as good as the other two.
